This journal does not sell goods, and it does not collect orders or payment details.
Pet Toy Journal is a quiet digital and print review dedicated to craft, materials, and domestic animal play. Our publication operates without third-party ad networks, telemetry harvesting, behavioral tracking pixels, or algorithmic consumer profiling. We respect the peace of your study and the privacy of your home.
02 · Submissions
Submissions and workshop dispatches
Submissions keep the manuscript details, author biography, workshop photography credits, and direct correspondence exchanged during editorial review. These materials are archived securely within our editorial desk records so we can verify attributions, issue contributor honorariums, and cite historical craft practices in future print cycles. Workshop imagery and artisanal schematics remain copyright of their respective craft studios.
03 · Email & Letters
The letter list and dispatches
The letter list is only for new story titles, seasonal print releases, and occasional editorial letters from Kyoto and Copenhagen. We never rent, barter, or distribute subscriber addresses to pet brands, commercial sponsors, or marketing brokers. Readers may ask for an address to be removed at any moment with a single click or a direct note. Every dispatched letter includes an immediate, single-step unsubscribe token at its foot. No confirmations, feedback forms, or delays are imposed.
04 · Data Retention
How long we keep archival records
We retain published bylines, reader citations, and submitted story archives for as long as the digital repository remains in print circulation. Inactive subscriber emails and unselected submission drafts are quietly purged after 18 months, or immediately upon personal request. Records older than 18 months without active ongoing collaboration are permanently erased from server memory.
05 · Inquiries & Removal
Contact and data removal
Readers may inspect what records we retain, amend their contributor details, or ask for an address and email to be completely removed from our ledger at any time. Direct privacy inquiries and removal requests to [email protected]. We confirm removal within three business days. Pet Toy Journal Editorial Desk, Gothersgade 44, Copenhagen · Kamigyo Ward, Kyoto.
01 · Comments
Comments and reader correspondence
Comments keep a name and email address so that conversation between readers and correspondents remains genuine and attributed. We do not use third-party social comment widgets or tracking cookies. If a reader prefers an alias or studio pen name on the public page, they may indicate it directly in their note. Letters submitted for public discussion may be lightly curated for clarity and length, with full attribution retained unless an anonymous note was explicitly agreed upon prior to printing.
